Being fit hasn’t always been a huge factor in Serena’s life. In fact, it was the encouragement of a loved one that really inspired Serena to begin to take a look into the world of health and fitness.“My fiance was actually the one who got me into working out. He had always been very dedicated to fitness, and shortly after I met him he encouraged me to go to the gym with him. I started with simply running on a treadmill and a little bit of weight lifting, but it wasn’t until finding BBG that my true passion for fitness began.
