BODI is an online fitness community and a physical studio. Nikki has the opportunity to share her training techniques with many people. While there are many similarities between BODI and Cross fit training, Nikki distinguishes her studio from CrossFit training studios. “We do not do any olympic lifting at BODI. The⠀ intensity is still high like crossfit but the workouts are much different. We offer two classes SWEAT and STRENGTH. SWEAT days are your cardio, plyo, agility days while STRENGTH is all about that muscle burn out but it’s much more endurance lifting then crossfit. For example all our weights are under 100 lbs,” Nikki explains.
